Relief
Small pieces of black & brown-colored wood carved and layered on top of each other including random rectangular strips and the curved molding of an old chair. All the worn wooden pieces have clean edges, and the wood pieces are attached to a rectangular wooden panel. Two protruding pieces of wood are carved into elongated circular shapes of human faces. Found pieces of metal and plastic are placed on the 2 faces creating eyes, noses, and mouths. Some pieces/layers of the wood have thin, gestural layers of gray, off-white, or yellow paint.
