Robert Bennett’s Bottle is a fine example of the artist’s wheel-thrown porcelain work. The modest-sized vessel has a narrow foot and gracefully curving walls, which expand outward and contract to a slender, delicate neck, creating an almondlike shape. The piece is glazed in a rich amber color with blooms of blue and purple crystals that complement and accentuate the elegant form of the bottle.
