Founded in 1867 in Logan, Central Milling is the oldest continuously operating company in Utah. Employee owned and operated, the company acts as farmer, miller, and baker and is considered a leader in the organic food industry. The company also strives to maintain sustainability by using electricity generated by a water turbine (hydroelectricity), recycled and biodegradable bagging and wrapping materials, and shipping trucks with certified low emissions.
