Maude I. Kerns

American, (1876–1965)

Maude Kerns was born in 1876 in Portland, Oregon. She studied at the University of Oregon and later
Columbia Teachers College in New York, where she graduated in 1906 with a B.A. in Fine Arts and a B.S.
in Art Education. Maude Kerns died in Eugene, Oregon on October 10,
1965.
