American, (1921–2014)
David Weidman was born in Los Angeles, California in 1921. He attended Manual Arts High School and Jepson Art Institute in Los Angeles. Weidman became a background artist and painter at United Productions of America. He also sketched cartoons for Hanna-Barbara and opened his own silkscreen business. He died in Highland, California in 2014.
