American, (1881–1961) After doing some research in August 2013, Agnes Pelton's copyright is not in the public domain and there is no foundation in her name and no one handling her estate. But we can still publish her painting by including "¬© Estate of Agnes Pelton" in the credit line as suggested by the Palm Springs Art Museum.
