Peter Beasecker

American, b. 1957

Peter Beasecker was born in Toledo, Ohio. He attended the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University, and Miami University. He worked as a professor at Southern Methodist University and at Syracuse University. His artwork is exhibited at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the International Workshop of Ceramic Art in Japan, and the Minneapolis Institute of Art. He has been a visiting artist and workshop leader at a variety of schools around the United States. He currently lives and works at his studio in Cazenovia, New York.
