Roger Minick

American, b. 1944

Roger Minickwas born in Ramona, Oklahoma in 1944. He attended the University of California Berkeley. While in school he worked at the Berkeley Art Studio. After graduation he was the director of the Art Studio until 1975. He returned to school in 1984 at the University of California, Davis. Minick taught at San Francisco State University, Sacramento State University, San Francisco City College, and the Academy of Art University of San Francisco. He founded Perambulation Press, a self-publishing venture which has allowed him to turn several of his recent photo projects into self-published books.
